These can be carried out in the comfort of your own home or your workplace.
Must be within a short commute from London SW18 or can be at my home in Earlsfield.
These classes can be for yourself or jointly with a partner or friend.
After an initial consultation one-to-ones would be scheduled at a time convenient to you.
The pace, focus and content would be tailored to your needs so that you can get the best out of the practice.
